Tibetan Yoga Series
with Liz Sung

A progressive journey of the body, energy, and mind
The Tibetan Yoga Series is a three-part progressive introduction to Tibetan Yoga offering a steady, embodied path toward mind-body harmony, sustainable self care, and personal empowerment through direct experience.

Rooted in Tibetan Yoga and Sowa Rigpa principles, and adapted for the seasons, it explores the vast benefits of these ancient practices through three accessible and practical modules designed for the modern practitioner.

Each module builds upon the previous one, guiding participants through a natural progression throughout the year from opening the body and building energy to integrating the mind by working through our physical and emotional layers.

Open to all levels — this series is well suited for beginners as well as practitioners looking for consistency within a supportive group.
