Massage techniques with shells on muscles and channels
Hormé: Warm Compress therapy
Supervised practice sessions of different lengths: 30, 60, 90 minutes.

Palpation of points and pulse
Observation of tongue and urine
Create personalized massage sessions based on the season, time of day, season of life, individual typologies and basic imbalances of the nyepa
