Tibetan Mantra Healing Intensive

5-Day Experiential Retreat with Drukmo Gyal

For centuries, Tibetan healers and yogis have used mantra therapy ngakchö rigpa as a vital branch of Sowa Rigpa (Traditional Tibetan Medicine) to rebalance body, mind, and emotions while strengthening immunity against future illness. Join Tibetan mantra healer Drukmo Gyal for this immersive and experiential retreat exploring this ancient spiritual practice using sacred Sanskrit and Tibetan sounds to facilitate profound physical, energetic, and mental transformation.
Through recitation, visualization, and inscribing of mantra syllables, you'll learn to focus concentration, relax deeply, and create subtle yet powerful shifts in being. The Sanskrit word 'mantra' means 'mind protection'—making this practice an ancient form of psychotherapy that shields the mind from suffering while cultivating clarity, stability, and spiritual insight.
In this retreat we will learn the theory behind how mantras work and have been traditionally used in both Tibetan yogic and medical practice.

— Comprehensive “Mantra Pharmacy”: Receive transmissions and explanations of mantras used for centuries by Tibetan physicians to address various health concerns and learn their specific practical applications.

— Protective Amulets: Learn how to make amulets with Tibetan syllables and substances for protection from illness and obstacles.

— Group Empowerment: Accumulate mantras together to empower healing substances like water, oil, salt and amulets for personal use and sharing with others.

Drukmo Gyal

Born into a family of Ngakpas (Tibetan non-monastic Buddhist practitioners) in the culturally rich Amdo region of Tibet, Drukmo Gyal’s life has been steeped in the practices of mantra and meditation from a young age. Growing up in a diverse community in Rebgong, she was immersed in an environment where spiritual practices were a daily ritual.

Her journey in traditional healing began with studies in Tibetan medicine in Amdo, after which she furthered her expertise by working for Sorig Khang Estonia (EATTM) and studying under Dr. Nida Chenatsang, a renowned Tibetan physician and lineage holder of the Yuthok Nyingthig - the spiritual healing tradition of Tibetan Medicine.

Combining her passion for singing with her knowledge of Tibetan medicine, Drukmo Gyal has sought to create healing concerts that nurture the body, speech, and mind. Drukmo Gyal serves as an international teacher and guide for Sorig Khang International and as the lead organizer of SKY Estonia.
