Tibetan Nejang Yoga

Nejang (Tibetan: གནས་སྦྱངས་) is a gentle therapeutic yoga system consisting of twenty-four simple yet profound exercises that integrate breath, movement, and self-massage. These practices work to open the body’s channels, balance internal energies, stabilize the mind, and nourish the organs.

Rooted in the Kalachakra Tantra tradition, Nejang has been prescribed by Tibetan physicians for centuries as a method for maintaining health, restoring vitality, and supporting spiritual practice. Its accessibility makes it suitable for people of all ages, physical conditions, spiritual backgrounds, and levels of experience.
