Course overview

Yuthok Nyingthig Tummo Spring Intensive

In this month long intensive, participants will be guided through the main instructions of Yuthok Nyingthig tummo yoga practice. This includes not only the main practice of tummo, but also foundational preparatory practices such as ninefold breathing and purification of the rlung, and supporting meditations of Yuthok's unique Guru Yogas.

Through four 2-hour interactive classes, participants will learn these practices amidst a live online group setting with the goal of establishing a firm foundation in the range of methods that can facilitate further cultivation in smaller group formats.

This online course is suitable for both new and returning students. Due to the participative nature of the course, kindly attend all sessions live, and have your camera on if at all possible!

Prerequisite: completion of Yuthok Nyingthig Ngöndro Preliminary Practices, or Ngöndro of a different lineage.

We request that you please respect the pre-requisites for this course. If you have questions about your eligibility, please write to info@sowarigpainstitute.org
