ABOUT YOUR TEACHER:
Dr. Bryan Watrous DACM, LAc, DiplOM is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, with 19 years in private medical practice, specializing in pain relief and the treatment of chronic disease and mental health. He is a California Licensed and Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist and expert of acupuncture, East Asian botanical medicine, moxibustion, cupping, massage, medical qigong, and diet and lifestyle therapy. Bryan was formally introduced to Tibetan Medicine in 2002 and started intensive full-time study in 2019 through the Sowa Rigpa Institute. Along with his continued studies of Sowa Rigpa, Bryan works with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang as his clinical assistant and has assisted other esteemed Menpa and Amchi at the Pure Land Farms Clinic. He has been specially trained to teach and tutor for SRI.
