Weapon of Light: An Introduction to Ati Yoga Meditation
Ati Yoga (Tibetan: Dzogchen) is the most simple, direct, and profound path to reveal the sky-like nature of our own mind which is clear, vast, and unobstructed by the clouds of afflictive emotions.
In this twelve week practice-focused course, students will be guided through the meditation manual "Weapon of Light: Introduction to Ati Yoga Meditation" by Dr. Nida Chenagtsang containing direct and pithy instructions on how to access the Ati Yoga state in daily life and liberate the afflictive emotions. The text, combined with Lama Justin's clear explanation and practical instructions make this course an invaluable support for both beginner and advanced meditators of any lineage.
The teachings presented in Weapon of Light are inspired by inspired by the father of Tibetan Medicine, Yuthok Yonten Gonpo’s practical instructions on Ati Yoga.
Additional instruction is given from the great poet-yogi Shabkar Tsokdruk Rangdrol's classic text, The Flight of the Garuda.
